Defective/Damaged Item
- We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! during transportation, accidents can happen, you can rest assured that we are here for you.
- If you received a damaged item, please contact [email protected] or +63 962-330-8283 on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt with a photo that shows the damage of your products.(include your order number)
- A return of the damaged product is not needed.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused to the product due to the incorrect use.
None-Defective Item
- Products that are not defective can be returned for refund.if you are unhappy with the purchase, please contact the customer services first and send the items back in accordance with the following Return Police.
- We allow customers to apply for returns within 7 days after receiving the package.
- Items must be with their original label and packaging.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant or wear.
- Customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused.
- NOTE: the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Returns Method
- All returns are refunded via store credit into your shopping account or refunds according to the original payment method(refund will be charge A 5% handing fee on the original payment).
- If we are unable to process a credit to your credit card(expired, invalid or closed accounts), we will provide you with a credit to your account to be used on future purchases.
Cancellations/Modifications
- Unfortunately we can not typically make changes after an order has been placed.If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact us at support [email protected] to see if a modification can be made.
Wrong Address
- Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after providing a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full full refund of your order amount – you are responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
